Fighting Spirit Film Festival 2017

I was invited to join the judging panel at the second edition of the Fighting Spirit Film Festival in London and also presented an award. The 2017 lineup included the UK premiere of Tak Sakaguchi's Re:Born, Ip Man: The Final Fight, The Karate Kid, The 36th Chamber of Shaolin and a selection of action and martial arts themed short films.

I presented the award for 'Best Action Choreography' to Express Delivery, while further awards were presented to Blindsided for 'Best Short' and Kowloon Killers for the 'Audience Choice Award'. The quality and standard of everyone's work was very strong, from the narrative films, to documentaries and animations, and it was great to be involved and see all this work showcased on the big screen. Looking forward to the next event in 2018.
